Mark S. Tepper Esq.

Mark S. Tepper, Esq. is a 1975 graduate of New York law School and a founding partner of Tepper, Scherling & Berliner, LLC.

During the course of his thirty five (35) year law career, Mr. Tepper has practiced in the areas of personal injury, as well as real estate and business law.  Mr. Tepper has represented many thousands of individuals injured in accidents, as well as numerous corporations and businesses requiring legal services in transactional matters.

Mr. Tepper is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Tepper is recognized in Who's Who in American Law and has been a member during his career of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association and American Association for Justice.

Mr. Tepper served in the New Jersey Armory National Guard from 1969-1975 and was honorably discharged.

In addition to appearing in all courts in New Jersey, Mr. Tepper has served as an Arbitrator, as Counsel to the Millburn Rent Monitoring Board, and has handled numerous matrimony matters.

Currently, Mr. Tepper also serves as a Managing Partner at Tepper, Scherling & Berliner, LLC.
